Need to make a return?
Returns and exchanges are eligible within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a full refund or exchange. The original item(s) must remain unused and in their original condition.
To initiate the return or exchange process, kindly contact us via phone or email. For the process to proceed, we’ll need proof of purchase, which can include an order confirmation email, order number, or receipt.
Refund Policy
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll send you an email confirming its receipt and whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your bank statement. In certain cases, only partial refunds or store credit may be issued.
Just Wood Products cannot be held responsible or liable for purchases delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you need to return your product, please contact me for the address it is to be sent to in southern Spain.Â
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returned items, as shipping costs are non-refundable.
Is the item you wish to return a sales item?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange sales items.Â
Did an item arrived damaged?
If you received a damaged item, kindly send 2-3 pictures of the item to [email protected]. This will enable us to assess the cause of the damage and advise on the next steps.

However, should you not be fully satisfied with your purchase, we are more than willing to assist you in either returning or exchanging the item (please refer to our Returns Policy). Please be aware that this guarantee excludes sale items and products that have been mishandled or treated with products other than those we recommend.
